Because you choose to use our search engine every day, we have collectively been able to mobilize 20.000 Euro for world-improving solutions. It’s time to express our gratitude to you and your support.

Not a single day goes by when we don’t ask ourselves questions. Whether we’re searching for the big solutions to the most pressing questions of our time or just looking for the next activity for the weekend – every day we type numerous search queries into our digital companions such as cell phones, computers, and so on, and use them to find answers. Gexsi, our search, shows that you can do good at the same time. To be precise, there are currently around 500,000 search queries a month that helps to make the world a little better.

Because with the profits from your search queries, we support innovative projects that make our world a little bit better. Unlike comparable providers, who take commissions for administrative costs, we still give 100 percent of the revenue to the selected projects. If we are honest, sometimes even a little more went to the various projects. We were able to do this together with impact angels like Weleda, who in some cases doubled the income again. In this way, we have already mobilized 20.000 Euro for impact projects worldwide.

In this way, we have supported 35 different projects to date. All of them make an important contribution to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. In addition to international projects on almost every continent, we also support numerous regional projects in front of our own doorstep, as our projects from the pilot regions of North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg show.

By the way, every fifth project we support is the result of a student initiative. Regardless of whether the projects are in the start-up phase or want to assert themselves on the market – we want to give the young teams valuable initial help in the intensive early hours.

In addition to financial support, we at Gexsi also rely on other forms of support. We are in close contact with the various project initiators and together we find out whether a financial donation is really the most sensible form of support. After a discussion with the founders of our current project, for example, it turned out that instead of financial support for the organization, it would be most helpful to donate a plastic recycling machine for a base camp in Nepal. In the past, we also participated in crowdfunding and crowdinvesting campaigns. This is how we – together with you – bring support to where it is really needed. Meaningful, effective, and at eye level.

At the same time, we accompany the sponsored projects with media work. Because while the organizations are working to make the world a better place, they often have little time for extensive PR work. We change that by presenting the projects to you and regularly reporting on progress in our Gexsi magazine. The stories of the various projects often provide inspiring food for thought that reflects on one’s own actions and exudes special positive energy.

As you can see, together with you and many other users we generate a multi-layered impact and for that, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
